When Ordering Cannulas and Injectors

Tulip offers you the ability to create the cannula that you want. Simply specify the Tip Style the Hub Style the Diameter and Length when ordering.

Hub: 60cc - 35cc - 10cc - Luer - SuperLuer Lok

Outside Diameters: 1.4mm (injector only) - 1.6 mm (injector only) - 2.1mm - 2.4mm - 2.7mm - 3.0mm - 3.7mm - 4.6 mm

Lengths: 8 cm (injector only) - 15cm - 25cm - 35cm

Our Guarantee

Tulip Medical guarantees every product we sell. If any item does not meet your expectation, return it within 30 days and we will provide an exchange or refund.

Returns

We will accept all your returns if the product is received within 30 days of invoice date, accompanied by the Return Authorization and in new condition. Please note that no product will be accepted for return or replacement without prior authorization of Tulip Medical. Return freight charge shall be paid for by customer.
